STRAMASH (ABV 4.0%)
Stramash: / strə'ma∫ / Noun A crash or a smashup. We changed the normal fermenting treatment of an IPA by cooling it down and adding a lagering yeast. We expected things to kick off with a bit of a stramash… but fortunately, a harmonious co-existence was the result. Phew…
Tasting notes: Pale malts, flaked rice and simcoe hops, this craft beer is made with fresh ingredients and is not fully filtered for a fuller flavour, so we're proud that it's cloudy.

BEAMER (ABV 4.2%)
Beamer not a BMW, or a big smile, but rather a blushing red face caused by embarrassment. The malty flavours in this lovely deep red ale we hope will make you proud to be in possession of it, never mind embarrassed!
Tasting notes: Full bodied amber ale. Caramel. Crystal malt. Mild bitterness. Brewed with Willamette and Cascade hops to give spicy fruity aromas and a hint of citrus.

BELTER (ABV 4.8%)
Belter - Anything especially nice; excellent e.g. the expression 'Ya Belter' is an expression of undiluted joy. This fruity hop forward IPA is in deed a belter, in our humble opinion.
Tasting notes: Full bodied hazy IPA. Balanced bitterness. Exotic fruit aromas. A varied malt bill of crystal, rye and cara-pills. Dry hopping compliments the layered body with aromas of lychee, mango and citrus fruits from the Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe hops.

SONSIE (ABV 5.9%)
Sonsie - someone or something which is jolly, attractive or cheeky. e.g. 'Fair fa yer honest sonsie face' (from Robert 'Rabbie' Burns' Address to a Haggis). This is a cheeky wee traditional IPA with a vibrant hop profile, a crisp refreshing taste and a dry finish. We know Rabbie himself would have approved.
Tasting notes: A traditional IPA with a depth of flavour, crisp refreshing taste and a vibrant hop profile. The hop bill including Willamette and Simcoe, imparts spicy, herbal and fruity notes, enjoyable depth and a dry finish.

Gallus - bold, cheeky, daring or even cocky. e.g. Strutting down the street on a night out feeling pure gallus. Also check out the gallus colour of our label!. We believe this crisp and refreshing brew is one of Scotland's finest craft lagers. Are you gallus enough to disagree?
Tasting notes: A bright, refreshing lager brewed with a balanced blend of Pilsner, Vienna, and Lager malts. Expect a crisp finish with a subtle malty sweetness. Delicate Saaz hop additions lend gentle floral, herbal, and lightly spicy notes, creating a smooth and highly drinkable beer.

DROUTHY (ABV 3.8%)
Drouthy - Having a thirst, especially for alcohol! Robert Burns refers to "drouthy neebors" in his famous poem Tam o' Shanter, meaning 'thirsty neighbours'. If you have a drouth, this is definitely the beer for you.
Tasting notes: A blend of pale malts, oats and Centennial and El Dorado hops. The taste is crisp and light with subtle citrus and floral notes. So it's an easy drinker that's affy tasty... so get it doon ye, but no too hasty!
