We infused our raisins in Asian spiced Rum, kindly supplied by our friends at The Biggar Spirits Company which gives a lovely spicy warmth to this festive brew.
It has inspired 'Oor Archie' to don his Santa hat, and Santa himself has even swapped his usual sherry for this R&R infused tipple.
